蘿潔塔的廚房 如何處理蝦子 讓蝦子更好吃 試試看這做法吧 How to peel and devein shrimp 喜歡我創作的料理影片嗎 不要忘了訂閱我的頻道喔 昨天有粉絲問塔塔蝦子是不是買現成剝殼好的呢 冤枉啊 塔塔每次拍攝影片都是一大早去買食材 蝦子也是自己剝殼的呦 如果不知道怎麼處理蝦子的話 可以看看這部影片喔 蝦子在抓過太白粉後變得很乾淨 吃起來又脆 你只要清炒蝦仁 鹽巴 胡椒調味就好吃的不得了了 很多人都問塔塔 是不是可以不要用太白粉 改 蓮藕粉呢 有關太白粉的部分 或許之前的毒澱粉事件讓大家對 太白粉 這三個字很感冒 塔塔只是怕有些人不知道 片栗粉 是什麼 建議大家可以買日本北海道的 片栗粉 有一個熊團案的 也就是我們俗稱的太白粉 他是100 馬鈴薯澱粉製作的 還有有機店也有賣安心的馬鈴薯澱粉喔
