焚き火でチーズリゾットとチキンソテー

 

エメンタールチーズというディズニーやジブリなどのアニメでよく出てくるチーズが手に入りましたのでチーズリゾットとハーブオイルでチキンソテーを作ってみました ハーブは香草としてよく料理に使われますが薬草としての効果も期待できる食材のようです 今回使ったもの ニンニク タイム 抗菌 殺菌 抗ウイルス 防腐 利尿 咳どめ 去痰 緊張の緩和 疲労回復 バジル 抗菌 抗うつ 精神安定 抗炎症ホワイトペッパーピンクソルト
