中式炸酱面，一口气吃八碗你见过吗？【曼食慢语】*4K

 

简介 曼食慢语前段时间去北京吃了老北京炸酱面 回来之后就想到了我之前的一个朋友 她特别喜欢吃炸酱面 一周有五天都要吃 今天就来做一个香喷喷的炸酱面 面也是手擀的 我用了特殊的方式揉面 面会很有劲道 炸酱里用了甜面酱和黄豆酱两种酱 还有猪油渣 热乎乎的浇在面上 配上新鲜的黄瓜丝萝卜丝拌匀 劲道的面和脆脆的蔬菜口感特别丰富 隔壁小孩都要馋哭了 相关视频 配料 手擀面中筋面粉250g蛋白 30克 1个 盐 7g清水 100ml 炸酱食材五花肉 350克大葱 1 4根姜一小块食用油 2大勺黄酱 200g甜面酱 200g水150ml料酒 50ml冰糖 30克 配菜黄瓜丝芹菜末豆芽蛋皮丝心里美萝卜丝熟黄豆 相关视频列表淘宝店铺 曼食慢语新浪微博 Amanda的小厨房微信公众号 amandatastes
