ぜひ作ってみてくださいね 鮭フレークとトマトの洋風炊き込みご飯2 3人分材料 米 2合トマト へたをくり抜き 1個鮭フレーク 30g水 380mlコンソメ 小さじ1粗挽きコショウ 少々バター 5gパセリ 適量作り方 1 米は洗って30分浸水し ザルに上げて水気を切る 2 フライパンに 1 水 コンソメを加えて軽く混ぜる 3 2 に鮭フレークを散らし 中心にトマトをのせ フタをして強火にかける 沸騰したら弱火にして10分ほど炊き 火からおろして10分蒸らす 4 バターを加え トマトをくずしながらさっくりと混ぜ パセリを散らしたら 完成 English Recipe Tomato and Salmon Rice DishServings 2 3INGREDIENTS2 cups white rice380 milliliters water1 teaspoon chicken stock powder30 grams salmon flakes1 medium tomato5 grams butterBlack pepper to tasteParsley to tastePREPARATIONRinse the rice then soak in water for 30 minutes Drain Add the soaked rice water and chicken stock powder to a large pan and stir to combine Add the salmon flakes and tomato Cover and cook over high heat until boiling then reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes Remove from the heat and steam for 10 minutes until the rice is tender Add the butter and mix well breaking up the tomato into the rice Garnish with black pepper and parsley Enjoy
