PANCAKE ART CHALLENGE Hamburger Pancakes ハンバーガーみたいなパンケーキ

 

Recipe 1 Make some store bought hot cake mix according to the instructions 2 Use food coloring to add some color 3 Put the colored dough for painting the small sections into a pastry bag 4 Coat a non stick Teflon coated etc frying pan with a thin layer of cooking oil 5 Paint Cook Take care with the painting order as you will need to flip it over to finish We reversed them to get the feel of sliced cheese and the burger patty 6 Pile up in your preferred order and add maple syrup ちょっと前にKracieの おえかきパンダやき という知育菓子があって その手法でなどを作ったことがあったのですが今回も同じ手法でパンケーキでハンバーガーを作ってみました これも妄想グルメです 楽しかった レシピ １ 市販のホットケーキミックスを表示通りに作る ２ 食用色素で着色する ３ 細かい部分を描く色生地は絞り袋に入れる ４ テフロン加工などのこびりつかないフライパンに薄く食用油を塗る ５ 描く 焼く ひっくり返しにして仕上げるので 描く順番に気をつける スライスチーズとパテは質感を出すために逆にしました ６ 好みの順番に重ね メイプルシロップをかけていただく
