오늘의 메뉴는 프레쉬 모짜렐라입니다. 이번에는 집에서 모짜렐라 만드는것에 도전을 했는데요. 직접 만들어 보니 굳이 왜 집에서 이걸 하고 있을까... 라는 생각이 들더라고요. 여러분~ 모짜렐라는 만들지말고 사서 드세요.
Fluffy and moist Chocolate Yoghurt Cake Bottom chocolate cake layer adds the bitterness to the sweet and fluffy yoghurt cake Easy recipe Cheesecake like but healthier option with Greek yoghurt used Ingredients 20cm diameter Round cake tin used Chocolate base 20g unsalted butter 50g dark chocolate 1 egg separate into egg white and yolk 15g self raising flour OR 15g all purpose flour 1 2 teaspoon baking powder Yoghurt cake on top 2 eggs separate into egg white and yolk 30g sugar 55mL milk low fat milk used in this video 200g Greek yoghurt 55g self raising flour or 55g plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Recipe Make Chocolate Base 1 Separate egg white and yolk 2 Melt chocolate and unsalted butter on double boil 3 Once melted add egg yolk and mix 4 Sift self raising flour and fold 5 Whisk egg white until firm meringue forms 6 Fold meringue gently into batter 7 Pour batter in cake tin Rest it in fridge Make Yoghurt cake on top 6 Separate egg yolk and white 7 Mix egg yolk milk and Greek yoghurt well 8 Sift self raising flour and combine 9 Whisk egg while until firm meringue forms Add sugar half way through 10 Combine meringue and batter gently Make sure not to over mix11 Pour batter into cake tin over chocolate cake base 12 Bake at 170 C for 40minutes 13 Let it cool and rest cake in fridge overnight 14 Ready to enjoy 材料 20cm 丸型 チョコレートケーキ 無塩バター 20g ビターチョコレート 50g 卵 1個分 卵黄と卵白に分ける 薄力粉 15g ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1 2 ヨーグルトケーキ 卵 2個分 卵黄と卵白に分ける 砂糖 30g 牛乳 55mL このレシピでは 低脂肪牛乳を使いました ギリシャヨーグルト 200g 薄力粉 55g ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1レシピ チョコレートケーキを作る 1 卵黄と卵白に分ける 2 ビターチョコレートと無塩バターを湯煎にかけ 溶かす 3 溶けたら混ぜ合わせ 卵黄を加える 4 薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ 混ぜる 5 卵白をしっかりとたメレンゲになるまで泡立てる 6 メレンゲをさっくりと混ぜ合わせる 7 生地を型に流し入れ 冷蔵庫で冷やす ヨーグルトケーキを作る 6 卵黄と卵白を分ける 7 卵黄 牛乳 ギリシャヨーグルトを混ぜ合わせる 8 薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ 混ぜる 9 卵白をしっかりとたメレンゲになるまで泡立てる 途中 砂糖を加える 10 生地とメレンゲをさっくりと混ぜ合わせる 混ぜ過ぎないように気をつけてください 11 チョコレート生地を流した込んだ型の上にヨーグルトケーキの生地を流し入れる 12 170 C に予熱したオーブンで 40分 焼く 13 粗熱をとり 冷蔵庫で一晩寝かせたら出来上がり Find me also on Instagram sora_monnom
