바삭하고 달콤한 트리 모양의 머랭 쿠키에 가나슈를 샌드해 머랭쿠키 팝을 만들었어요 구독하고 좋아요 누르고 공유 부탁드려요 더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요 For more detailed recipes please click on the down below 바삭하고 달콤한 트리 모양의 머랭 쿠키에 가나슈를 샌드해 머랭쿠키 팝을 만들었어요 굽는 시간은 오래 걸리지만 재료와 방법이 간단해서 쉽게 만들 수 있어 좋은 것 같아요 머랭을 만들 때 설탕의 입자가 만져지지 않을때까지 잘 녹이며 휘핑해야 구웠을 때 바삭하고 모양도 예쁘답니다 저는 가나슈를 샌드해 쿠키팝으로 만들었는데 그냥 머랭 쿠키만 있어도 너무 예쁘더라구요 깍지를 다른 모양으로 해서 색다르게 만들어도 좋을 것 같아요 즐겁게 시청하세요 Enjoy 약 7 8세트 분량 재료달걀흰자 2개설탕 100g바닐라익스트랙 1 2ts식용색소 그린 가나슈 다크 초콜릿 100g 생크림 50g 스프링클 레시피1 달걀흰자를 휘핑하다가 큰 거품이 올라오면 설탕을 2 3번에 나눠 넣고 휘핑하다가 바닐라익스트랙과 식용색소를 넣고 휘핑해 머랭을 만든다 2 오븐 팬에 트리 모양으로 짜고 스프링클을 뿌린 뒤 100도로 예열된 오븐에서 90분 정도 굽는다 3 쿠키 뒷면에 가나슈를 짜고 스틱을 가운데 올리고 가나슈로 덮은 뒤 다른 쿠키를 올려 굳힌다 Ingredients 2 Egg white100g Sugar 1 2ts Vanilla extract Food coloring green Ganache 100g dark chocolate 50g whipping cream Sprinkle 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 Thank you for watching
