蘿潔塔的廚房 簡單石狩鍋 免出門 冷冷的天就是要吃鍋 今天來點不同的吧 喜歡我創作的料理影片嗎 不要忘了訂閱我的頻道喔 冷冷的天就是要吃鍋 今天來點不同的吧 簡單石狩鍋 免出門 上禮拜全台急凍 根本就不想靠近廚房ＸＤ一個人的午餐 只想縮在餐桌椅上 坐著煮熱熱的鍋物 一邊煮一邊吃 外加一邊打電腦 感覺最滿足 蔬菜也不想拿刀砧板來切 手撕一撕 煮好 就直接拿鍋子的容器來吃 也省去洗多餘的碗 真的懶得可以ＸＤＤ 像這樣餐桌上只要一個調理鍋就能輕鬆完成 加入營養滿分的鮭魚和蔬菜 再放進牛奶或是豆漿 最後加一點味增和奶油提味 暖身暖心又暖胃的石狩鍋就大功告成囉 湯頭100分的大滿足 準備材料 鮭魚半份洋蔥半顆 約70克 紅蘿蔔50克馬鈴薯一小顆花椰菜 三分之一朵洋菇5朵高麗菜 2片湯底 柴魚昆布高湯 500ml清酒 50ml味霖 一大匙牛奶 150ml奶油 5克味噌 15克製作柴魚昆布高湯 昆布 5克 水500ml 柴魚15克 如果有現成的高湯包 就可以跟湯一起煮 更方便
