蘿潔塔的廚房 泰式涼拌海鮮沙拉 自己在家做涼拌菜 簡單 清爽 又經濟實惠 又是一道夏天必學的 涼拌菜 常常看到百貨公司的涼拌沙拉 都是以公克來計價 感覺好貴喔 自己在家做涼拌菜 簡單 清爽 又經濟實惠 想吃多少就做多少 這種醬汁 適合全家大小吃 一點點微辣 酸酸甜甜的口感 很開胃 另外也可以將這道涼拌沙拉改成 泰式的甜辣醬 因為暑假要兼顧保母的工作 時間有限 這次沒辦法將式的泰式的甜辣醬的做法拍成影片 敬請見諒 泰式的甜辣醬作法 蒜末 辣椒跟砂糖 一比一 蒜末 辣椒切成末 或是用食物處理機打碎 魚露 檸檬汁 一比一 水分為魚露 檸檬汁的兩倍 一點點純米醋 增加酸味 將所有食材都放到小鍋子中小火煮到濃稠 喜歡有稠稠的口感 可以在關火之前加一點點的玉米澱粉 就會很有濃稠感 香茅可以在 JASONS超市或是 百貨公司超市買到 如果有薄荷葉 加一點會更有清涼感喔
