姆士流 蔥爆豆芽菜 Tips材料 豆芽菜1包 韭菜3根 蔥2根 蒜頭2顆 醬油2湯匙 糖1小匙 香油少許 白胡椒少許 黑胡椒少許 紅辣椒1根 鹽1 蔥切段 蔥白部分稍微拍打2 備醬汁 醬油 糖 香油 白胡椒 黑胡椒 鹽3 炒鍋倒油 蔥白入鍋爆香 豆芽菜入另一鍋 汆燙15秒4 蒜頭 辣椒 韭菜 蔥綠入鍋爆香5 加入燙好的豆芽菜拌炒 淋上醬料拌勻 盛盤 完成
