大変長らくお待たせいたしましたﾆｬｰ これより 第一回みたらしニャンコ選抜総選挙を開催しますﾆｬｰ 立候補メンバー全員の材料は同じですが 突き抜ける個性からそれぞれ異なる独特な表情ですﾆｬｰ あなたの推しメンはどの子だﾆｬｰ みたらしニャンコ材料 団子白玉粉 120g絹ごし豆腐 120g みたらしソースしょうゆ 大さじ2みりん 大さじ2黒砂糖 大さじ4水 100ml片栗粉 大さじ1 顔パーツチョコペン 適量作り方 1 みたらしソースを作る フライパンに全ての材料を入れて中火にかけ 絶えずかき混ぜながら加熱し 沸騰したら弱火で1分ほど混ぜてとろみをつける 2 団子を作る ボウルに全ての材料を入れ 耳たぶ程度の柔らかさになるまでよくこね 猫の形を4台作る 俵形の胴体を作り 小豆大に丸めて手足と尻尾 三角形に丸めて耳を作る 3 5cm角に切ったクッキングシートの上に 2 を1個ずつのせる 4 鍋にたっぷりの湯を沸かし 3 をクッキングシートごとそっと入れ 弱火で5分ほど茹でる 団子が浮いてきたら氷水に入れて冷やし 水気を切る 5 チョコペンで目 鼻 口 ひげを描き みたらしソースをかけたら 完成 TastyJapan レシピ
