カカオ ゞ ω 今回は薄皮でパリッとしたクリスピーなたい焼きで 短めの動画になります さて これから年末にかけて頑張ります 岩鋳 たい焼き器 材料 約8個分 たい焼き皮生地A 薄力粉 180gA 重曹 7gA 上白糖 10gA 塩 1gA ココアパウダー 15gA ブラックココアパウダー 3g全卵 1個 60g前後 水 150ml牛乳 100ml粒あん 400g1 Aを合わせて混ぜる 2 1に水と牛乳をまず半分入れてよく混ぜ ダマがなくなったら全部入れて混ぜる ガナッシュ粒あん 120g生クリーム 20mlブラックチョコ 20g 使用道具 岩鋳 たい焼き器 明治 生クリーム meiji 十勝 45 オーブンレンジPanasonic NE BS801 廃盤 クーヴェルチュール ブラックチョコレートヴァローナ エクアトリアール ノワール 55 カカオ シリコンホイッパー TOMIZ カセットコンロIwatani MIYABI 雅 3 5kW CB WA 35 たい焼き ASMR chocolateCacao chocolate チョコレートカカオ チョコレート
