韓国の食べ歩きグルメ!巨大チーズスティック

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね 巨大チーズスティック3本分 20cm長さ 材料 じゃがいも ひと口大 430gベーコン 粗みじん切り 20g片栗粉 大さじ1塩 少々コショウ 少々さけるチーズ 5cm 6本 衣溶き卵 2個分パン粉 適量サラダ油 適量 トッピングケチャップ 適量マスタード 適量作り方 1 フライパンにサラダ油を入れて170 に予熱しておく 2 ボウルにじゃがいもを入れてふんわりラップをかけ 600Wのレンジで10分加熱する 3 2 をフォークで潰し ベーコン 片栗粉 塩 コショウを加えて混ぜ合わせる 4 3 の1 3量を幅20cmほどの長方形にのばし 中央にチーズを2本並べて乗せる 手前から巻きつけて棒状に形を整える 5 4 のラップを外し 溶き卵にくぐらせ パン粉をまぶして 170 の揚げ油できつね色になるまで3分ほど揚げたら 完成 6 お好みでケチャップやマスタードにつけていただく Korean Style Cheese StickServings 3INGREDIENTS430 grams potatoes roughly chopped2 slices of bacon cooked and chopped1 tablespoon potato starchKosher salt to tasteBlack pepper to taste6 mozzarella string cheeseVegetable oil for frying2 medium eggs beaten 50 grams panko bread crumbsKetchup for servingMustard for servingPREPARATIONAdd the potatoes to a medium bowl and cover with plastic wrap Microwave at 600W for 10 minutes until tender While still hot mash the potatoes Add the bacon potato starch salt and pepper to the potatoes and stir to combine Divide the potato into 3 portions Spread a portion into an oval shape on a sheet of plastic wrap and lay 2 string cheese lengthwise down the center Use the plastic wrap to roll the potato around the cheese to fully encase Repeat with the remaining ingredients Heat the oil in a large pan until it reaches 350 F 180 C Add the eggs and panko to 2 separate shallow dishes Coat the potato sticks in the eggs then in the panko Working 1 at a time fry the cheese sticks in the hot oil for 3 minutes until brown and crispy Serve with ketchup and mustard Enjoy
