Choice Biscuit Cheese Cake 見た目も味もご機嫌なチョイスちーずけーき Baked cheese cake with cookie on top Cookie Morinaga Co Ltd Choice Biscuit It s delicious and my friends were very happy Cookies and cheese make a great combination Put on your favorite cookies and bake 普段から色々乗せて焼いていますが 今度はチョイス乗せ もひとつ味にアクセントが欲しいところですが これはこれで食べやすくて良い とは夫の感想 次は生地の配合を変えて焼いてみます 15cm角だとチョイスが６枚しか乗らないので 琺瑯のバットなんかで大き目にするともっと人数分が取れていいと思います チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 15cm square Cake Pan 100g cream cheese 40g granulated sugar 100g Heavy Cream 40g beaten egg 10g Cake flour All purpose flower ok 6 Choice biscuits non melting powdered sugar Directions Preparation Beat the egg well and weigh the needed amount Line the cake pan with parchment paper Preheat the oven at 170 C ①Put the cream cheese in the bowl and stir well with a rubber spatula ②Add the granulated sugar and mix well ③Add the fresh cream and the beaten egg and mix well ④Sift and add the flour and mix well ⑤Pour the mixture ④ into the cake pan and put the cookies on top ⑥Bake in the preheated oven 170 C for 30 32 minutes ⑦Cool the cake in the pan and when it s completely cool cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge You can sprinkle powdered sugar The cake tastes better on the next day It should be stored in the fridge and eat it within 3 4 days 材料 15cm 角型クリームチーズ 100gグラニュー糖 40g生クリーム 100g溶き卵 40g薄力粉 10gチョイスビスケット 6枚 溶けない粉糖 作り方 準備 卵はよく溶いて必要な重さを量っておく ケーキ型にはクッキングペーパーを敷いておく オーブンは170 に予熱しておく ①ボウルにクリームチーズを入れて ゴムベラでよく混ぜる ②グラニュー糖を加えてよく混ぜる ③生クリーム 溶き卵の順に加えてよく混ぜる ④ふるった小麦粉を加えてよく混ぜる ⑤ケーキ型に④の生地を流し上にビスケットを乗せる ⑥170 に温めたオーブンで約30 32分焼く ⑦型のまま冷まし 完全に冷めたらラップをして冷蔵庫へ お好みで上から溶けない粉糖をふる 食べ頃は翌日以降 冷蔵庫保存で3 4日で食べきってください
