こんにちはLes sens cielです 今回も苺をたっぷり使って シュークリームを作りました もうすぐひな祭りなので ひな祭りをイメージして華やかな仕上がりにして見ました パーティなどにいかがでしょうか シュー生地には今回豆乳を使っています 牛乳だけだと皮が厚くなりやすいので水と割って作る事が多いいですが 今回試した豆乳は割といい状態で生地が上がりました 家に豆乳があるよ という方はぜひお試しください 苺のクッキーシュークリームStrawberry Cookie ChouxMold size Silicone Mold 7 5cm Cookie Mold 8cm 3cm型のサイズ ドーナッツ型シリコン7 5cm クッキー抜き型 8cm 3cm Choux150g soy milk lait de soya63g unsalted butter beurrea pinch of salt 1 pincée de sel66g cake flour farine12g bread flour farine T55 3 eggs oeufs entiers Choux sablé50g unsalted butter beurre50g sugar sucre50g cake flour farine1 5g red food coloring coloration400g heavy cream35 crème fraîche35 40g sugar sucre シュー生地豆乳 150g または牛乳75g 水75g 無塩バター 63g塩 ひとつまみ 1 2g 薄力粉 66g強力粉 12g卵 3個 クッキー生地無塩バター 50gグラニュー糖 50g薄力粉 50g食用着色料 赤 1 5g生クリーム35 400gグラニュー糖 40gインスタグラム始めました よかったらフォローよろしくお願いします youtubeでは載せきれない写真なども投稿していきます Les sens cielのレシピでお菓子を作ったよ という方は レソンシエルレシピ で投稿していただければ 見に行かせていただきたいのでもしよかったらタグ付けしてください
