【料理】平日22時から作るガッツリ手抜き「おつまみ」☆レンチン＆コンビニ多用で手抜き満載！酒呑みがやってくるシリーズ。

 

2日連日となった おつまみ 作り しかも平日仕事帰りの上に 20時から1時間のパーソナルトレーニング後です 作り始めたのは22時から 酒呑みは先にお惣菜を買ってチビチビやっていましたが レンチン コンビニ様様で手抜きメニューを追加しました 遅い時間からでカロリーが気になりますが 私も酒呑みも運動をかなりしているので たまにはいいかな 一応 照り焼きチキンサラダとチーズフォンデュで タンパク質補給を意識してみました 愛用品 動画内で使用しているものは楽天RoomにLinkしています 掲載のないものはご紹介できない楽天扱い無しor海外製品等です 楽天Room内のコメントにも対応しておりません
