マロン・ベイクドチーズケーキの作り方 Baked Cheesecake Chestnut

 

カカオ ゞ ω Translation will be available shortly 今回はマロンのベイクドチーズケーキです しっとりとして濃厚な味わい 非常に美味しかったです 材料 15cm型1台分 ベイクドチーズケーキ マロン生地クリームチーズ 200gグラニュー糖 30gマロンペースト 200gラム酒 10ml生クリーム35 80ml全卵L 2個薄力粉 10g栗の渋皮煮 100g 約5 6個 ボトム 土台 グラハムビスケット 50gココアパウダー 5g無塩バター 20g1 型の内側にサラダ油を塗ってクッキングシートを付着させセットする2 ビスケットにココアパウダーを加え細かく砕きバターを加えて型の底面に敷き詰め冷蔵庫で冷やす3 クリームチーズを電子レンジで軽く温めてヘラで柔らかく練る4 必ずクリームチーズを練ってからグラニュー糖 マロンペースト 全卵 生クリーム ラム酒を入れてその都度よく混ぜる5 薄力粉をふるい入れて混ぜる6 ビスケットの上に少し生地を流し 渋皮煮を乗せて全部生地を入れる7 190 に予熱したオーブン180 で35 40分焼く オーブンレンジPanasonic NE BS801 廃盤 デロンギ コンベクションオーブン EOB2071J 5W シリコンホイッパー TOMIZ カセットコンロIwatani MIYABI 雅 3 5kW CB WA 35 キッチンバサミ鳥部製作所 キッチンスパッター KS 203 cheesecake bakedCheesecake チーズケーキ ベイクドチーズケーキ chestnut マロン チョコレートカカオ chocolateCacao
