バレンタインはシンプルに極旨チョコカップケーキ Chocolate CupcakesSo easy just mix This chocolate cup cake is easy to bake and really tasty You can bake it with nuts on the top and put whipped cream or ganache you can make your favorite ones It s good for a valentine s day gift or a present for your friends シンプルにそして材料代をケチらずにチョコとバターを溶かしたらあとは順に混ぜるだけなのに濃厚で美味しいチョコカップケーキが出来上がりますアーモンドプードルとたっぷりのココアパウダーも入って美味しくないわけがないバレンタインにまだ頭を悩ませている方におススメ簡単美味しいのが1番ですよ普通に見えるが食べた人の心に残る美味しい焼き菓子外側かりかり中は濃厚なチョコカップケーキさぁ作りましょうわっはっはっチャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 12 Cupcakes Small size φ4 5cmH2 5cm 80g Sweet chocolate 50g Melted butter Unsalted butter 60g Granulated sugar 55g Beaten egg room temperature 60g Cake flour20g Almond flour 20g Cocoa powder2g Baking powder Directions preheat the oven to 170 338 F ①chop or break chocolates into samll pieces ②melt the chocolate in a double boiler over hot water ③Add the butter Granulated sugar and beaten egg mix well④Add cake flour Almond flour cocoa powder and baking powder and mix well⑤trans fer to a plastic bag or pastry bag put the dough into cups ⑥Bake at 170 338 F for 15 minutes ⑦cool completely on wire rack 材料 12個ひとつのサイズボトム4 5cm高さ2 5cm スイートチョコ 80g溶かしバター無塩バター 50g グラニュー糖 60g溶き卵室温 55g薄力粉 60gアーモンドプードル 20gココアパウダー 20gベーキングパウダー 2g 作り方オーブンは170 に温めておく ①チョコレートを細かく切る ②湯煎でチョコレートを溶かす湯煎の温度は熱すぎるとチョコが綺麗に溶けないので注意する ③溶かしたチョコに溶かしバターとグラニュー糖溶き卵を入れてよく混ぜる ④薄力粉アーモンドプードルココアパウダーベーキングパウダーを加えてよく混ぜる ⑤絞り袋に入れてベーキングカップに絞る ⑥170 に温めたオーブンで15分焼く ⑦ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます焼き過ぎると生地がパサつきますので焼き過ぎないようにしてください冷めたら乾燥させないようビニール袋などに入れてください
