ハートのベイクドチュロス Heart shape Baked ChurrosChurros are one of the easiest desserts that can be made at home Churros baked in the oven You don t have to fry so it s easier You can make delicious churros without special ingredients please try 久しぶりにチュロスを作ってみました油で揚げずにオーブンで焼きあげるチュロスです絞りやすい生地になるように豆乳を少し多めにしてありますがそれでも練るのは力仕事笑でも焼きたてはとっても美味しいですディズニーランドのチュロスのように長く絞ってもいいしハートの形に絞ってラッピングするとプレゼントにもなりますオーブンで長めに焼くとカリッとした食感に焼きあがります今回はちょっと春らしく色付けしたので最後は粉糖でお化粧しています粉糖の代わりにグラニュー糖まぶしても美味しいですチャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 180g Soy Milk or Milk 30g granulated sugar 20g Unsalted butter 100g sifted bread flour or all purpose flour 1Egg 60g Vanilla oil wilton icing color pink 40g Melted butter 30g Powdered sugar Directions Preheat the oven to 170 C ①Sift the flour Beat the egg and add Vanilla oil icing color pink ②Put milk butter and granulated sugar in a pot and heat Turn off the heat when it starts boiling then add the sifted flour right away and stir with a spatula Stir before the milk gets cool ③Stir well until it gets smooth Add the beaten egg in separate times and mix well each time ④Put the dough in a pastry bag with a star shaped nozzle pipe into your desired shapes on parchment paper You could shape them into hearts ⑤Coat each with melted butter and bake in the preheated oven 170 C for about 30 minutes ⑥When it s done coat each with melted butter again while it s hot then sprinkle Powdered sugar and serve 材料豆乳牛乳でもok 180g グラニュー糖 30g無塩バター 20gふるった強力粉 100ｇ卵1個 60g Lサイズ相当になりますバニラオイルウィルトンアイシングカラーピンク溶かしバター 40g 焼く前と焼いた後2回に分けて使う粉糖 30g 作り方オーブンは170 に温めておく ①粉はふるっておく卵は溶いておく色付けしたい時は卵に加えるバニラオイルと共に加えてよく混ぜておく ②鍋に牛乳バターグラニュー糖を入れて火にかけ沸騰したら火を消しすぐに強力粉を加えてへらで混ぜる ③粉のダマが無くなりしっかり混ざったら溶き卵を数回に分けて加えてよく混ぜる ④星口金をつけた絞り袋に生地を入れてオーブンペーパーを敷いた天板に好きな形に絞る ⑤溶かしバターを上から塗り 170 に温めたオーブンで約30分焼く焼き色が付きすぎるようなら途中で上にアルミホイルを被せてください ⑥オーブンから出したら熱いうちに上に溶かしバターを塗り粉糖をまぶして出来上がり絞り袋は100均のもの星口金は生クリームにおまけでついてきたものを使っています絞り袋はセリアさんのものが使いやすいです
