カリッふわっもちっとしたカレーパンです 材料は下記にあります The ingredients are listed below 材料 6個分 パン強力粉 150ｇ薄力粉 75ｇきび砂糖 18ｇ塩 4ｇインスタントドライイースト 2ｇぬるま湯 105g溶き卵 37ｇ無塩バター 15ｇ 簡単キーマ風カレー 作りやすいように倍量です 牛豚合いびき肉 300ｇ玉ねぎのみじん切り 150ｇ 小3個または大1個 鷹の爪 1本クミンシード 小さじ1 2薄力粉 大さじ1炒め油 少々 玉ねぎ用 カレーソース塩 小さじ1 2カレー粉 大さじ2ガラムマサラ 小さじ1ケチャップ 30ｇ 大さじ2 ウスターソース 大さじ2にんにくすりおろし 1 2片分 小さじ1 生姜すりおろし 1片分 大さじ1 チキンブイヨンキューブ 1個水 300ｍｌ 他 各適量 水パン粉揚げ油 ingredients Serves 6 Buns150g 1 and 1 5 us cups bread flour75g 3 5 us cup cake flour18g 2 Tbsp cane sugar4 g 2 3 tsp salt2g 2 3 tsp instant dry yeast105g 3 5 us fl oz lukewarm water37g 1 3 oz beaten egg15g 1 3 Tbsp unsalted butter Curry Filling Double the required amount 300g ground meat mixed beef and pork 150g 5 3 oz minced onion 1 piece of red chile pepper1 2 tsp cumin seed1 Tbsp cake flouroil for frying onion For Curry Sauce 1 2 tsp salt2 Tbsp curry powder1 tsp garam masala powder30g 2 Tbsp ketchup2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 2 clove of garlic 1 tsp grated garlic 1 thumb size piece of ginger 1 Tbsp grated ginger 1 cube chicken stock bouillon Maggi bouillon 300ml 10 us fl oz water For deep fryingwaterpanko bread crumbsoil for deep frying WhatSantaleftbehind パン作り
