オレオミントブラウニー Oreo crispy Mint Ice BrowniesI Love Oreo Brownies 久しぶりにオレオに会いたくなったのでブラウニーを焼きました毎日蒸し蒸ししているのでこんな時こそ爽やかなミント味に色味も爽やかダークチョコを使っているのでそんなに甘くないです甘いのが食べたい人はスイートチョコに替えて作って下さいミントがあまり得意じゃない人もこれくらいなら多分いけると思いますのでこの夏ぜひ挑戦してみてくださいチャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 18 18cm Square Cake Pan100g Dark chocolate 50g Unsalted butter 2 Eggs room temperature 50g granulated sugar50g Cake flour10g Cocoa powderFor Toppings 8 Oreo cookies non melting powdered sugar if you like it Directions ①Beat the eggs well Chop the chocolate Chocolate and butter put it in a bowl then double boil and melt ②When the chocolate is melted add sugar and eggwash in order mix well ③Shift and add cake flour and cocoa powder mix well ④Pour ③ into the pan lined with baking paper and put Oreo cookies on top Crash the cookies so you can see the cream to make a good pattern ⑤Bake it in the preheated oven 160 C for about 23 mins Stick into the brownie with a banboo skewer It s done if nothing sticks to the skewer but be careful not to bake too much memo The baking time depends on pans bake for the proper time You can also use muffin cups they would take shorter baking time but in this recipe I recommend bakeing it in a big size and cut it into pieces later When the heat went away put it in a plastic bag or wrap it 材料 18 18cm スクエア型チョコレート板チョコ2枚 100g無塩バター 50g卵 L 2個室温グラニュー糖 50g薄力粉 50gココアパウダー 10gトッピングオレオ 8枚溶けない粉糖お好みで作り方 ①卵はよく溶いておくチョコは刻むチョコとバターをボウルに入れ湯煎にかけて溶かす ②チョコが溶けたら砂糖溶き卵の順に加えてよく混ぜる ③薄力粉ココアパウダーをふるって加えて混ぜる ④ベーキングペーパーを敷いた型に③を流し入れ上にオレオを乗せるオレオは手で割って中のクリームがところどころ見えるようにするとメリハリが効いた感じになります ⑤10に温めたオーブンで約23分ほど焼けば出来上がり竹串を刺してみて何もつかなくなれば焼き上がりですがあまり焼き過ぎない方が美味しい型によっては火の通り具合が変わりますので焼き時間を調整してください紙製のマフインカップでも焼くことが出来ますが焼き時間は少し短くなりますこのレシピでは大きく焼いて後でカットするのがおススメです粗熱が取れたら必ずビニール袋に入れるかラップをしてください翌日の方が美味しくなります
