ふわり ザクザクっと濃厚なオレオマフィン Oreo Muffins 夫リクエストで久々に焼いたオレオマフィン バターたっぷりで焼いてみたら カロリー気にする前に自分が試食でどハマり ええっ 5個しか焼いてないのになぁ 2個だけ焼いたことにしよう ナイスアイデア 焼きたても冷めても どちらでもオレオマフィンがきっと好きになるよ チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients Baking cup bottom Φ 4 5cmH4cm 5servings60g Unsalted butter softened at room temperature 40g granulated sugar 1Egg Medium beaten egg room temperature 60g Cake flour 20g cocoa powder 3g baking powder 40g Milk room temperature Directions Preparation Beat the egg well Preheat the oven to 170 C 338 F ①Shift cake flour cocoa powder and baking powder ②In a bowl butter and sugar and Mix well ③Add a beaten egg little by little while mixing with the whisk ④Add ① and milk by turns Add ① milk ① milk ① in order After adding ① don t mix too much ⑤Put the mixture into a pastry bag and squeeze it into baking cups ⑥Place a Oreo on each muffin ⑦Bake at 170 338 F for 16minutes ⑧Cool completely on wire rack Serve warm or cold Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly You can use granulated sugar for the mixture but if you use light brown sugar the muffin becomes more flavorful 材料 ベーキングカップ 底直径4 5cm高さ4cm 5個分無塩バター 60g室温柔らかくしておくグラニュー糖 40g卵 Ｍ 1個薄力粉 60gココアパウダー 20gベーキングパウダー 3g牛乳 室温 40g 作り方 準備 卵はよく溶いておく オーブンは170 に温めておく ①薄力粉 ココアパウダー ベーキングパウダーをふるっておく ②ボウルにバターと砂糖を入れてよく混ぜる ③溶き卵を加えてその都度よく混ぜる ④①と牛乳を交互に加えて混ぜる ① 牛乳 ① 牛乳 ①の順に加えて混ぜる 粉類を加えた時に混ぜすぎないようにする 粉っ気が残る位で牛乳を加えると良い ⑤生地を絞り袋に入れてマフインカップに絞り入れる スプーンなどですくって入れてももok ⑥生地の上にオレオを割って乗せる ⑦170 に温めたオーブンで16分焼く ⑧ワイヤーラックの上で冷ます 熱い内に食べても冷めてから食べてもうまいよっ
