Steak Diane - A savory, classic Steak

 

Ingredients Steak olive oil butter Worcester Sauce mustard aged Whisky creme on the vegetable side shallots mushrooms garlic parsley A Ribeye Steak of this thickness is seared 90 seconds on each side keeping in mind that later on it gets some additional heat while lying in the cooking mushroom sauce A dash of flavourful aged Scotch Whisky will enhance the flavour of the sauce immensely
