Okonomiyaki in the morning お好み焼きを美白な朝に

 

美白な朝にお好み焼きを作りました 焼きそば入りの広島焼きです なんて美味しいんでしょう レシピ たっぷり1人前 １ 薄力粉 40gに水 90gを少しずつ加えながら混ぜ 生地を作る ２ ホットプレートに油をひく ３ １を少し残し 丸く流し込む ４ 削り節 千切りキャベツ 100g もやし 45g 天かす 豚薄切り肉 40g 塩 黒胡椒 を多めにふる ５ ３の残りの生地をかける ６ チラッと覗いて きつね色に焼けてきてたら いよいよ ひっくり返す バラけちゃったらヘラでまとめる そのまま5分ほど焼く ７ 電子レンジで1分ほど温めた焼きそばに お酒 小さじ 1をふりかけ 炒める お好みソースで少し味をつける ８ 焼きそばの上に６をのせる ヘラで押さえる 5分ほど焼く ９ 卵 1個を広げて焼く １０ ８をのせる １１ またまた ひっくり返す もっとうまくなりたいよ １２ お好みソースを塗り マヨネーズ 青ネギをのせる いただきます Better instruction videos about Okonomiyaki okonomiyaki recipe morning JapaneseBreakfast JapaneseLunch JapaneseDinner JapaneseFastfood recipe ASMR oddlysatisfying relaxing soothing therapeutic foodporn japan お好み焼き 広島焼 広島風お好み焼き 作り方 レシピ
