こんにちはLes sens cielです 前回作った苺とフランボワーズのピューレを使ってケーキを作りました フランボワーズが入っていますが いちごみるく という名前にしたかったのでいちごみるくケーキと命名してしまいました 笑 ピューレは市販の冷凍のものでも もちろん大丈夫です レソンシエルさんの作るケーキは難しい と良く言われるので ここ最近のレシピはなるべく作りやすく を心がけて作ってきましたが 今回のケーキは工程数をできるだけ減らして 特に作りやすくできたのではないかなと思っています オーブンを使う必要も無く レンジだけで作ることができます そして見栄えのする華やかなケーキになったんじゃないかなーと思っていますがいかがでしょうか ぜひ作っていただけたら嬉しいです いちごみるくケーキBerrys and Milk Cake型のサイズMold size Φ16cm Crispy Chocolate130g white chocolate chocolat blanc110g cookies biscuit20g dyied fruit fruits secs10g coconut oil huile de coco Mousse fraise et framboise240g strawberry and raspberry puree purée de fraise et framboise6 5g gelatin gélatine en poudre32 5g cold water eau froide240g heavy cream35 crème fouettée35 Gelée de milk75g sweet condense milk lait concentré 75g milk lait entier3g gelatin gélatine en poudre15g cold water eau froide チョコクランチホワイトチョコレート 130gクッキー 110gドライフルーツ 20gココナッツオイル 10g 苺とフランボワーズのムース苺とフランボワーズピューレ 240 市販のものでもOK 粉ゼラチン 6 5g冷水 32 5g７割だての生クリーム35 240g ミルクゼリー練乳 75g牛乳 75g粉ゼラチン 3g冷水 15gーーーーーーーーーーーーーインスタグラムよかったらフォローよろしくお願いします youtubeには投稿しない様な日常的なことも投稿しています Music provided by EpidemicSound com Youtube Audio Library
