Recipe Chocolate Yoghurt Cake with No Cream cheese or Flour Moist and Smooth with Cheesecake like texture Oreo is optional Ingredients 18cm cake tin 2 eggs separate into egg white and yolk 200g drained Greek yoghurt 120g melted chocolate 10g cocoa powder 8 thin Oreo optional Recipe 1 Separate egg white and yolk 2 Whisk egg white until firm meringue forms 3 In a separate bowl combine egg yolk drained Greek yoghurt melted chocolate and cocoa powder well 4 Fold meringue into batter gently 5 Pour batter into cake tin 6 Decorate with crushed Oreo optional 7 Bake at 170 for 30minutes 8 Let ti cool Rest cake in fridge overnight 9 Serve and enjoy 材料 18cm 丸型 卵 2個 水切りギリシャヨーグルト 200g 溶かしたチョコレート 120g ココアパウダー 10g お好みでオレオ 8枚 レシピ 1 卵白と卵黄に分ける 2 卵白を角が立つまでしっかりと泡立てる 3 別のボールに卵黄 水切りギリシャヨーグルト 溶かしたチョコレート ココアパウダーを入れ 混ぜ合わせる 4 メレンゲをさっくり混ぜ合わせる 5 生地を型に流しこむ 6 お好みで砕いたオレオを飾り付ける 7 170 に予熱したオーブンでで 30分焼く 8 焼けたら粗熱をとり 冷蔵庫で冷やしたら出来上がり Song Ikson Blue Sky Vlog No Copyright Music Music promoted by Vlog No Copyright Music Find me also on Instagram sora_monnom
