Debatably the best street food in Jamaica Jerk Chicken is usually roasted over more than one meter distance over the fire charcoal on low heat so that the chicken meat keeps all the juices being roasted slowly and smoothly The marinade mix of pepper chilli and herbs makes Jamaican Jerk Chicken distinguishably spicy it really has got to be very juicy flavourful and spicy Time on the grill 90 minutes
