Easy caramel pop corn snack that is so addictive Add more caramel sauce for those with sweet tooth Ingredients 30g sugar 20mL water 100g fresh cream 100g popping corn oil for coating the pot Recipe 1 To make caramel In a pot combine sugar and water 2 Put it on low heat Bring it to boil without stirring 3 When it starts to caramelise stir the pot until it further caramelise 4 Once caramelised well take pot off from the heat 5 Gradually add fresh cream and combine 6 Put the pot back on low heat 7 Stir and heat for 2 3minutes until smooth Set aside 8 Make pop corn Put pot on medium heat and coat with oil 9 Put popping corn in the pot 10 Stir occasionally to avoid burning Make sure you keep the lid on 11 Pour caramel sauce on pop corn Combine well 12 Refrigerate for 2 3hours 13 Ready to enjoy 材料 砂糖 30g 水 20mL 生クリーム 100g ポップコーンの種 100g 油レシピ カラメルソースを作る 1 鍋に砂糖と水を入れ 混ぜずに弱火にかける 砂糖が溶けて 小さな泡が少しずつ出てきます 2 カラメル色になってきたら 鍋を回し煮詰める 3 濃い茶色になってきたら 火から下ろす 4 生クリームを少しずつ加える 5 再び鍋を中火にかける 6 とろみがつくまで２ ３分煮詰めたら 出来上がり ポップコーンを作る 7 鍋を弱火にかけ 油をしく 8 ポップコーンの種を入れ 温める 9 焦げないように 鍋を時々回す ポップコーンが弾けるので蓋を忘れずに 10 カラメルソースをポップコーンにかけ よく混ぜ合わせる 11 冷蔵庫で２ ３時間冷やしたら 出来上がり Find me also on Instagram sora_monnom Music Song MBB Fresh Vlog No Copyright Music Music provided by Vlog No Copyright Music
