How to Care For BIG Neglected Houseplants

 

Ever wonder how you can effectively care for large indoor plants especially when they have just come from a nursery In this video I show you how I take care of and repot my large plants when they need help and set them up to thrive The condition of the soil is often an issue dirty leaves dead leaves and other issues need to be dealt with and often repotting is necessary Watch me repot my Ficus Audrey back fill it will clean new soil and give it more stability so it doesn t topple over any more Cleaning and washing the leaves with diluted Neem oil which is organic but must be diluted You can also use vinegar and water or mild soap and water comes next including checking for and removing pests which can be time consuming and then I will water the plant thoroughly Cleaning the leaves thoroughly will help with photosynthesis as well I am also trying to encourage this plant to grow more vertically I also trim some of the stems which are perfect for propagating Thank you all so much for watching and for subscribing
