100均の型でモカショコラカップケーキ Mocha Chocolat Cupcakes型に生地を流したらチョコを一粒乗せて焼きあげると 中からとろりん とチョコが 生地にもたっぷりのチョコでしっとりと柔らか コーヒーの香りがとてもいいです 100均の型使用で小分けプレゼントにもぴったりです 是非作ってみてください チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 7baking cups 6 6cm H2cm 84g Sweet chocolate30g Unsalted butter15g Granulated sugar1 Egg large 40g Cake flour3g Instant coffee1 2tsp Baking powder For Toppings Dark chocolate Diced Almonds Directions Preheat the oven at 170 C ①Put chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt it at a double boiler ②Add sugar and mix ③Add beaten egg and mix ④Shift and add cake flour Instant coffee baking powder ⑤Put the mixture into a pastry bag and squeeze it into baking cups ⑥Place the Dark chocolate and Diced Almonds on top ⑦Bake it in the preheated oven 210 C for about 14 mins ⑧Cool them on a cake cooler memoStick into the muffins with a bamboo skewer and if nothing sticks to the skewer it s done However if you bake them too much they will be dry so please be careful The texture is thick and delicious but it is even better on the next day or later Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly 材料 6 6cm H2cmサイズの小さな紙型スイートチョコレート 84g無塩バター 30gグラニュー糖 15g卵 L 1個薄力粉 40gインスタントコーヒー 3gベーキングパウダー 小さじ1 2 トッピング ビターチョコレート 7粒 アーモンドダイス 作り方 オーブンを170 に予熱する 卵は溶いておく ①ボウルにチョコレートとバターを入れ湯煎にかけて溶かす ②砂糖を加えて混ぜる ③溶き卵を加えて混ぜる ④薄力粉 インスタントコーヒー ベーキングパウダーをふるい入れて混ぜる ⑤生地を絞り袋に入れて型に絞り入れる ⑥上にチョコとアーモンドダイスを乗せる ⑦170 に温めたオーブンに入れて約13分焼く ⑧ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます 焼く時間はオーブンによって多少異なりますので それに応じて調整してください 竹串を刺してみてなにもついてこなければ焼き上がりです ただし 焼き過ぎると生地がパサつきますので焼き過ぎないようにしてくだ さい 保存は乾燥しないようにビニール袋やタッパーに入れてください 生地は 濃厚でとっても美味しいですが 翌日以降の方がもっと美味しくなります
