오늘의 메뉴는 매콤하고 얼얼한 맛이 특징인 마라샹궈 입니다 시판 마라소스를 이용해 간단하게 만들어봤어요 그럼 재밌게 봐주세요 Today s menu is spicy and numbing mala xiang guo I made it used store bought ma la sauce If I had used a wok the video would have turned out more stylish I like ma la xiang guo very much but it didn t work with my friend So enjoy this video 재료 Ingredients하이디라오 마라소스대패삼겹살 조개 새우 중국납작당면 푸주 면두부 숙주 양파 팽이버섯 청경채 마늘 파 건고추Ma la stir fry saucethin pork belly slices clams shrimp Chinese glass noodles dried bean curd sticks dried tofu skinmung bean sprouts onion mushroom enokitake bok choy garlic green onion dried red pepper 과정 Recipe1 납작당면과 푸주는 최소 3시간정도 미리 물에 불려줍니다 1 Soak the noodles and bean curd sticks for at least 3 hours 저는 2시간씩 불린 후 물에 데쳐서 사용했습니다 I soaked for 2 hours and cooked them in boiling water 2 야채는 먹기좋은 크기로 잘라 준비하고 마늘과 파는 곱게 다쳐 준비합니다 2 Cut the veggies into bite sizes and chop the garlic and green onion 3 볶음팬에 식용유를 두르고 마늘과 파를 넣어 볶아줍니다 3 Coat the frying pan with cooking oil and fry chopped garlic and green onion 이때 건고추도 함께 넣어야하는데 저는 깜빡하고 못넣었어요 I should have added dried red pepper but I forgot 4 파기름이 완성되면 대패삼겹살을 넣어 볶다가 조개 새우를 넣어 볶아줍니다 4 Once the green onion is fragrant add and fry pork belly slices and then add and fry clams and shrimp 5 준비한 야채와 마라향궈소스를 넣어 함께 볶아 마무리해줍니다 5 Add veggies and ma la sauce and stir fry 야채가 많아보이지만 숨이 죽으면 별로 없어요 It seems like a lot of veggies but they soon wilt down Musi East of TunesiaKevin MacLeod의 East of Tunesia은 는 Creative Commons Attribution 꿀키의 맛있는 테이블TWITTER honeykkicookINSTAGRAM honey_kkiE MAIL andrabbit naver com이 영상의 다운로드 및 2차 편집을 금지합니다
