2가지의 초콜릿을 넣은 쫀득하고 달콤한 초콜릿 쿠키를 만들었어요 더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요 For more detailed recipes please click on the down below 2가지의 초콜릿을 넣은 쫀득하고 달콤한 초콜릿 쿠키를 만들었어요 오븐에서 퍼지고 부풀어 구워지다가 오븐에서 꺼내면 꺼지면서 자연스러운 크랙이 생겨 멋스러운 것 같아요 오븐에서 꺼내면 쿠키가 말랑해서 다 식힌 후 옮기시면 된답니다 커피 에센스를 조금 넣었더니 풍미가 훨씬 좋아져서 더 고급스러운 맛이 나는 것 같아요 쿠키가 구워지면서 생각보다 많이 퍼지는 편이라 팬닝 간격을 넉넉히 잡아주시면 좋답니다 커피나 우유와 함께 즐기기 좋은 쿠키인 것 같아요 즐겁게 시청하세요 Enjoy 약 5개 분량 재료다크초콜릿 45g밀크초콜릿 10g무염버터 20g달걀 30g흑설탕 40g소금 조금커피에센스 1g바닐라익스트랙 2g중력분 30g코코아파우더 3g베이킹파우더 1g베이킹소다 1g 레시피1 다크초콜릿 밀크초콜릿 무염버터를 전자레인지에 30초 정도 돌려 녹인다 2 달걀 흑설탕 소금을 섞은 뒤 커피에센스 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞고 1 을 넣고 섞는다 3 가루류를 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 랩을 덮어 냉장실에서 30분 정도 휴지시킨다 4 반죽을 동그랗게 만들어 팬에 올린 뒤 살짝 누르고 초코칩을 박은 뒤 180도 예열된 오븐에서 8 10분 정도 굽는다 Ingredients 45g Dark chocolate 10g Milk chocolate 20g Unsalted butter 30g Egg 40g Brown sugar a pinch of Salt1g Coffee Essence 2g Vanilla extract 30g Plain flour 3g Cocoa powder 1g Baking powder 1g Baking soda 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 Thank you for watching 제 영상은 유튜브와 네이버TV에만 업로드 되고 있습니다 이 영상을 무단 도용하거나 2차 편집 및 재업로드를 금지합니다 My video is only uploaded to YouTube and Naver TV Unauthorized theft of this video or 2nd edit and reupload is prohibited
