鶏むね肉のガーリックステーキ〜柔らかジューシー〜！

 

カロリー控えめな鶏むね肉が がっつりステーキに大変身 にんにく風味の甘辛ソースを絡めたら もう最高 ぜひ作ってみてくださいね 鶏むね肉のガーリックステーキ材料 鶏むね肉 室温に戻す 1枚 300g 砂糖 小さじ1塩 小さじ1酒 大さじ1サラダ油 大さじ1酒 大さじ2みりん 大さじ2しょうゆ 大さじ3おろしにんにく 小さじ1粗挽きコショウ 少々パセリ 適量作り方 1 鶏肉の皮目にフォークで数カ所穴を開ける 裏返して 包丁の背で叩いて厚みを均等にする 2 砂糖 塩 酒をまぶして揉み込み 30分置く 3 鶏肉の余分な水分をキッチンペーパーで拭き取って粗挽きコショウを振る 4 フライパンにサラダ油を引いて強火に熱し 鶏肉の皮目を下にして1分ほど焼く 焼き目が付いたら裏返し 蓋をして弱火で10分焼く 鶏肉に火が通ったら一度皿に取り出す 5 4 のフライパンに酒 みりん しょうゆ おろしにんにくを入れて軽く煮詰め 鶏肉を戻し入れて煮絡める 6 皿に盛り パセリを振ったら 完成 TastyJapan レシピ
