012 アボカドフライ アンチョビヨーグルトソース 材料 分量 3 4人分アボカド 2個ジャガイモ 皮をむいて茹でる 2個バター 大さじ1ベーコン 塊 80gパルミジャーノ すりおろし 大さじ３塩 こしょう 各少々小麦粉 適量溶き卵 卵1個 水大さじ2パン粉 適量揚げ油 適量A ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーアンチョビ 刻んだもの 3 4枚分ヨーグルト 大さじ3レモン汁 1 2個分オリーブオイル 大さじ2 3パプリカパウダー 少々レモン 薄切り 1 4個分 調理工程 ①アボカドは種と皮を除いてボウルに入れ 塩茹でしたじゃが芋 バター 塩 こしょう パルミジャーノのすりおろしを加えてマッシャーでつぶし 粗みじん切りにしたベーコンを加え混ぜ 成形する②小麦粉 溶き卵 パン粉の順につけ170 に熱した揚げ油で こんがりと揚げて レモンの薄切りとともに盛り付ける ③Aをボウルに入れて混ぜてソースを作り器に入れて 盛り添え パプリカパウダーをふる ーーーーーーーーーーー Instagram Twitter 公式キッチンブランドサイト MsTABLE by 速水もこみち 問合せ先 mstable contact gmail com
