見た目爽やか♪夏色オレンジロールケーキ

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね オレンジロールケーキ25cm 25cmの天板 1枚分材料 卵 3個グラニュー糖 80g牛乳 50mlサラダ油 50ml薄力粉 70gオレンジ スライス 5枚オレンジ カット ホイップクリーム生クリーム 200mlグラニュー糖 20g作り方1 オーブンは180 に予熱しておく 2 卵は卵白と卵黄に分けておく 卵白にグラニュー糖50gを数回に分けて加えながら ツノが立つまでハンドミキサーで泡立てる 3 卵黄に残りのグラニュー糖30gを加え 白っぽくなるまでハンドミキサー混ぜる 牛乳とサラダ油を加えてさらに泡立て器で混ぜ 薄力粉をふるい入れて 粉っぽさがなくなるまでよく混ぜる 4 2 の卵白の2 3をすくい 3 のボウルに入れてよく混ぜる 残りの卵白を加え 気泡をつぶさないようにしてさっくりと混ぜる 5 クッキングシートをしいた天板にオレンジを並べる その上に 4 を流し入れ 高いところから一度落として気泡の大きさを整える 180 に予熱したオーブンで15分焼き すぐに高いところから落として熱い空気を抜き 焼き縮みを防ぐ 常温で冷ましておく 6 ホイップクリームを作る ボウルに生クリームとグラニュー糖を入れ 角が立つまで泡立てる 7 平らな台にクッキングシートをしき 5 を焼き色がついた面を上にしてのせる 6 を塗って平らにならし カットしたオレンジを手前側に並べて 巻く 冷蔵庫で1時間ほど休ませ 好みの大きさに切り分けたら 完成
