Introduction 曼食慢语 2018年第一个节目 做的是大家千呼万唤的 脏脏包 酥脆的酥皮 沾上超浓郁巧克力酱 再撒上丧心病狂可可粉 难怪会那么受欢迎 除了巧克力脏脏包 我这次还举一反三 做了抹茶原谅包和原味干净包 味道都很棒 Ingredients 脏脏包 巧克力酥皮面团 高筋面粉250g冰牛奶150ml黄油10g鸡蛋1个速溶酵母3g 1 小勺 糖1大勺盐1小勺黄油125g可可粉10g黑巧克力8块 黑巧克力甘纳许 黑巧克力100g奶油150g糖2小勺可可粉15g 抹茶原谅包 抹茶酥皮面团 高筋面粉250g冰牛奶150ml黄油10g鸡蛋1个速溶酵母3g 1 小勺 糖1大勺盐1小勺黄油125g抹茶粉5g白巧克力8块 抹茶甘纳许 白巧克力150g奶油100g抹茶粉4g装饰用抹茶粉随意 别太多 dirty pastry buns chocolate pastry 250g bread flour150ml cold milk10g butter1 egg1 tsp instant dry yeast1 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt125g butter10g cocoa powder8 pieces of chocolate chocolate ganache 100g black chocolate150g cream2 tsp sugar15g cocoa powder matcha pastery buns matcha pastry 250g bread flour150ml cold milk10g butter1 egg1 tsp instant dry yeast1 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt125g butter5g matcha powder8 pieces of white chocolate matcha ganache 150g white chocolate100g cream4g matcha powdermatcha powder for garnish not too much Latest Video Gingerbread ancient tower One pot chicken stew Oden Matcha Mousse Cake Fried fish cake Chicken hot pot Soy milk custard cake 淘宝店铺 曼食慢语新浪微博 Amanda的小厨房微信公众号 amandatastes
