ぜひ作ってみてくださいね クッキー チョコミントチーズケーキ6人分 18cmのケーキ型 材料 フィリングチョコミントアイス 600gクリームチーズ 室温に戻しておく 300g砂糖 30g牛乳 大さじ3ゼラチン 15g水 大さじ3クッキーアンドクリーム 砕く 10枚 ボトムクッキーアンドクリーム 15枚溶かしバター 50gミント作り方1 ボトムを作る ジップ付きの袋にクッキーアンドクリームを入れて めん棒で叩いて細く砕く 溶かしバターを加えてよく揉み込む 2 クッキングシートを敷いた型の底に 1 を敷き詰め 冷蔵庫に入れて30分冷やし固める 3 フィリングを作る ボウルにゼラチンを入れて分量の水を加えてふやかす 4 ボウルにチョコミントアイスを入れ 600Wの電子レンジで30秒ほど加熱して混ぜる 5 別のボウルにクリームチーズを入れてなめらかになるまで練り混ぜ 砂糖 牛乳を加えて混ぜ合わせる 4 を加え混ぜ 3 を600Wの電子レンジで30秒ほど加熱し 液状になったらフィリングに加えてよく混ぜる 6 クッキーアンドクリームを 5 に砕いて加え さっくりと混ぜたら 2 のボトムに流し入れる 冷蔵庫に入れて3時間ほど冷やし固める 7 ケーキ型から外して皿にのせ ミントを添えたら 完成
