梅雨の季節に♪ 紫陽花の和スイーツ

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね 紫陽花の和スイーツ4個分材料 ゼリー水 250mlグラニュー糖 25g紫キャベツ 千切り 20g粉寒天 2gレモン汁 小さじ1 4レモン汁 3滴レモン汁 1滴 団子白こしあん 240g水 80ml白玉粉 50g上新粉 50g 仕上げ用水 250ml粉寒天 2g飾り用の葉 2枚 作り方1 紫キャベツを袋に入れて強くもんでおく 2 鍋に水 粉寒天 グラニュー糖を入れて火にかけ よく混ぜて粉寒天を煮溶かす 沸騰したら火を止めて 1 を加え 青色になったらザルで漉す 3 2 を4つのバットに均等に注ぎ入れ うち3つのバットにレモン汁をそれぞれ1滴 3滴 小さじ1 4量を加えて混ぜる 冷蔵庫に入れて約15分冷やし 固まったらナイフで格子状に切り込みを入れる 4 団子を作る ボウルに白玉粉と上新粉を入れて 水を少しずつ加えながら 耳たぶ程度の硬さになるまでよくこねたら 一口大に丸めて平たくつぶす 5 鍋にたっぷりの湯をわかし 沸騰したら 2 をそっと入れ 10分ほどゆでる 団子が浮かんできたら氷水に取り出して冷やし 水気を切る 6 ラップの上に白こしあんをのばし 中央に白玉を置いて ラップを茶巾絞りにして丸める 7 熱湯に仕上げ用の粉寒天入れてなじませる 6 の表面にハケで塗り 3 を付けたら 完成
