今日は 季節の刺身の盛合わせです 沖縄で水揚げされたクロ鮪 180 天草のコハダ 野母のイサキ 五島のキビナゴ みんな美味しく頂きました イサキに添えてあるのは細切りの塩昆布 キビナゴに掛けたのは 辛子酢味噌です 辛子酢味噌は 私のチャンネルに 酢味噌 辛子酢味噌 の作り方 と言うのが有りますので 宜しければご覧ください
