材料1人分 ご飯 丼1杯分 チャーシュー 2枚 煮玉子 1個 長ねぎ 適量 メンマ 適量 焼きのり 2枚 水 350ml 鶏がらスープの素 小さじ2 酒 大さじ1 しょうゆ 大さじ1 オイスターソース 大さじ1 片栗粉 同量の水で溶く 大さじ1と1 2 作り方１ 鍋に水 鶏がらスープの素 酒 しょうゆ オイスターソースを入れ 混ながら加熱する ２ いったん火を止め 水で溶いた片栗粉を少しずつ加えてとろみをつけ 再び加熱する ３ 丼にご飯をよそい ２をかけ チャーシュー 煮玉子 輪切りした長ねぎ メンマ 焼きのりを飾りつけて 完成 かんたん おいしい たのしい料理 もぐー 簡単で美味しい料理のレシピを紹介します mogooのiPhoneアプリがでました SNSのフォローもお願いします
