プレミアム タルトタタン ASMR 材料18cm型 クッキー生地 薄力粉 120g全粒粉 20gグラニュー糖 30g有塩バター 50g溶き卵 1個分りんご 5個無塩バター 60gグラニュー糖 120g水 20ml 手順1 りんごの皮をむき タネをとって8等分にする 2 鍋にグラニュー糖と水を入れてキャラメル状にし 色がついたらバターを入れてなじませる カットしたリンゴも入れて煮絡める 3 蓋をして全体がカラメル色になってしんなりするまで1時間ほど煮詰める 4 1cm角にカットした冷えたバターをボウルに入れる 5 薄力粉 全粒粉 グラニュー糖を加え 手で全体を粉状にする 溶き卵を加えてスケッパーで混ぜる 6 ひとまとめにしたら冷蔵庫で30分ほど寝かせる 7 6 を打ち粉をした台で平たく伸ばし 型のサイズに抜く 8 煮終わったリンゴを型に並べ その上に生地をのせてフォークで穴を開け 200度のオーブンで30分焼く 9 焼きあがったら冷蔵庫で冷やす 10 ひっくり返してホイップクリームを乗せ ピンクペッパー ピスタチオ ミントで飾ったら完成 便利なスマホアプリが誕生 ダウンロードして気になるレシピを保存してね テイストメイドは食や旅をテーマにしたグローバルなビデオネットワークです Facebook Instagram Twitterも公開中
