四年ほど前にもアップしている物ですが 再アップです 牛タンを塩漬けにしますが 八種類の香辛料も入れます動画とは 順不同だと思いますがローリエ セージ ブラックペッパー オールスパイス ナツメッグ パプリカ クローブ もう一つはなんでしたっけ 動画の中から探し出して下さいね 後 塩と少量の発色剤を入れてよく揉み五日程置きます
