コストコみたいなディナーロールパン作ってみた Dinner rolls きょうはコストコみたいなパンを焼いてみましたコストコよりずーーっと美味しいコストコさんごめんなさいお食事にも合いますおやつにもいいです小腹が空いて食べるとほっこりします一度に食べきれないときはすぐに冷凍しましょう冷凍の仕方は下の方に載せてありますyo チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 15 Bread rolls 250g Bread flour 30g Cake flou 20g Sugar 3g Salt 145g Milk 40g water 3g Dry yeast20g Unsalted butter room temperature Directions ①Combine milk water and dry yeast ②Combine the dry ingredients and mix together with a whisk ③Add ①and mix ④Put it on the table and knead 10mins ⑤Add butter and knead more 5mins ⑥Make it round then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger primary fermentation ⑦Degas the dough from ⑥ and make them round ⑧Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 15 mins bench time ⑨Roll the dough out with a rolling pin about 15 wide x 25 cm long Divide the dough into 15 equal pieces ⑩Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger secondary fermentation ⑪Bake it in the preheated oven 190 C for about 12 mins When the tops are browned they re good to go ⑫ Place it on a wire rack to cool Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest 材料 15個強力粉 250g 薄力粉 30g 砂糖20g 塩 3g 牛乳145g 水 40g ドライイースト赤サフ 3g 無塩バター室温 20g 作り方 ①牛乳と水ドライイーストを混ぜる ②ボウルに材料を入れて泡立て器で混ぜる ③①を粉の中央に加えて混ぜる ④テーブルの上に置きこねる約10分 ⑤バターを加えてさらにこねる約5分生地にツヤが出たらok ⑥丸めて 2倍になるまで暖かいところに置く一次発酵 ⑦生地のガスを抜き丸める ⑧濡れた布巾などを被せて 15分間置くベンチタイム ⑨生地をガス抜き麺棒で幅15 長さ25 cmの大きさにするピザカッターやカードなどを使って生地を15個に分割する ⑩天板に並べ 2倍になるまで暖かいところに置いておく二次発酵 ⑪190 に温めたオーブンで12分焼くこんがり焼き色がつけばok ⑫ワイヤーラックの上に置いて冷ます焼く時間はオーブンによって異なりますのでそれに応じて調整してください発酵中やベンチタイム成形時は生地が乾燥しないよう気を付けて下さい乾燥するとパンが膨らみません手早くやること濡れ布巾などを被せるのも乾燥を防いでくれますパン冷凍の仕方ひとつずつアルミホイルで包みジップロックなどの冷凍用保存袋になるべく空気を抜いて入れて冷凍します解凍は自然解凍アルミに包んだままトースターでリベイクするといいですよパンはどんどん風味が落ちますので冷凍のタイミングはパンが冷めたらすぐにしましょう冷蔵はNGです
