ちょっと大人なバレンタインにキャラメルバナナチーズケーキ Caramel banana cheesecakeI tried making this because I love caramelized bananas バナナのキャラメル味とクリームチーズが翌日には深い深い味わいになるちょっと大人なチーズケーキです甘い普通のチーズケーキが好きな方は作らないで下さい焼いた当日はまだ味が落ち着いていませんが翌日には嬉しい変化をもたらします不思議なクセになるチーズケーキですボトムはグラハムが合います焦がしキャラメルが上手に出来たらきっと美味しいケーキになりますチャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 18cm square Cake Pan60g Graham Biscuit 30gMelted butter 1 banana net weight 140g 50g granulated sugar 200g Cream cheese1Egg large 100g Warmed Heavy Cream 20g Cake flour For Toppings 1 banana net weight 140g slice the banana into 1 5cm thick 材料 18cm 角形グラハムビスケット60g溶かしバター30gバナナ大1本正味140g グラニュー糖 50gクリームチーズ 200g卵 L 1個温めた生クリーム 100g薄力粉 20gトッピング用バナナ大1本正味140g 1 5cm厚さに切る Directions Line the cake pan with parchment paper Preheat the oven to 170C 338F ①Mix biscuit crumbs with Melted butter and stuff it into the square Cake Pan ②Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces ③Put the sugar in a pan and melt over medium heat Stir the bottom occasionally to avoid scorching ④It changes to brown caramel colour Turn off the heat Add the bananas and mix quickly Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes while stirring cool them The banana will become like a paste ⑤Mix the softened cream cheese with a Spatula ⑥Add the bananas mix well ⑦Add the Beaten egg Heavy Cream and sifted flour there and Mix ⑧ Pour the batter into the square Cake Pan and put Sliced banana on top ⑨Pour hot water on the baking sheet and bake in a water bath for 40 minutes ⑩When the cake is cool enough cool completely on wire rack 作り方型にはクッキングシートを敷いておくオーブンは170 に温めておく ①砕いたビスケットに溶かしバターを加えて良く混ぜて型の底に敷き詰めておく ②バナナは薄く切る ③グラニュー糖を鍋などに入れ中火にかけて溶かす ④砂糖が溶けて茶色のキャラメル色に変わったら火からすぐに外す一旦火を消すバナナを加えて素早く混ぜるかき混ぜながら約2分間弱火で水分を飛ばす冷ましておくバナナはペースト状になります砂糖は色が変わると急に変化しますので焦がしすぎないように気を付けてください焦がしすぎると苦くなります ⑤クリームチーズをゴムベラでクリーム状に混ぜる ⑥そこへキャラメルバナナを加えて混ぜる ⑦溶き卵軽く温めた生クリームふるった薄力粉の順で加えてよく混ぜる ⑧この生地を型に入れてスライスしたバナナを上に乗せる ⑨天板の上にお湯を注ぎ 40分ほど湯煎焼きにする型の底はアルミなどで覆って水分が中に入らないようにしてください ⑩ケーキの粗熱が取れたらケーキクーラーの上で完全に冷やす
