しっとり、とろける口どけ♪ ふるふるチーズマフィン

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね ふるふるチーズマフィン6人分材料 クリームチーズ 室温に戻す 100g生クリーム 80mlホットケーキミックス 40gグラニュー糖 30g卵 1個レモン汁 小さじ1 2溶かしバター 適量粉糖 適量はちみつ 適量作り方1 オーブンは160 に予熱しておく 2 ボウルにクリームチーズ 卵黄 レモン汁を入れ ホットケーキミックスをふるい入れて ハンドミキサーでよく混ぜる 3 生クリームを2回に分けて加え そのつどよく混ぜる 4 別のボウルに卵白を入れてハンドミキサーで泡立てる 白っぽくなったらグラニュー糖を3回に分けて加え ツノが立つまで混ぜる 5 3 に 4 を3回に分けて加え 気泡をつぶさないようにして ゴムベラでさっくりと混ぜる 6 マフィン型に溶かしバターを塗って 5 を流し入れ 少し高いところから落として空気を抜く 7 天板にお湯を張り 160 で30分焼く その後180 に上げて10分焼く 8 焼きあがったら少し冷ましてから型から外し 粉糖をふりかけたら 完成 お好みではちみつをかけていただく
