Recipe Crunchy puff with plenty of green tea cream You can also enjoy it with custard cream instead of fresh cream Ingredients 8 cream puffs 3 eggs 60g unsalted butter 120mL water 70g plain flour 250mL fresh cream 1 teaspoon green tea powder Recipe 1 Melt unsalted butter and water on low heat 2 Once you start to see little bubbles add flour and stir vigorously 3 When combined well remove it from heat 4 Beat eggs in a bowl and add gradually to the batter until smooth Stir continuously 5 Prepare batter into a piping bag 6 Pipe batter in a circular shape 4cm diameter onto a baking sheet 7 Tap the top gently with water and make a cross with a skew so it rises in evenly 8 Bake at 200 until puff rises 15minute then drop the temperature to 180 and bake for another 20minutes Make sure you do not open the oven while the puff is rising 9 Take the puff out from oven and let it cool 10 Meanwhile make green tea cream Add green tea powder to small amount of fresh cream and microwave for 20seconds until powder is well combined If you add the green tea powder straight to the fresh cream it leaves lumps and will not combine well 11 Add the green tea mixture to rest of the fresh cream Whip the cream until smooth consistency 12 Prepare green tea cream in piping bag 13 Assemble it all Cut puff in half and pipe cream in middle 14 Put the lid puff back on and ready to enjoy 材料 8個分 卵 3個 無塩バター 60g 水 120mL 薄力粉 70g 生クリーム 250mL 抹茶パウダー 小さじ1 レシピ 1 無塩バターと水を弱火で溶かす 2 ふわーっと煮立ったら 薄力粉を足しよく混ぜる 3 水気がなくなり 生地がまとまってきたら火から下ろす 4 溶き卵を少しずつ加え 練りこんでいく 生地が 持ち上げた時にゆっくり落ちてくるくらいの堅さになったらオッケー 5 生地を絞り袋に入れる 6 直径4cmくらいに丸く絞り出す 7 指先に少量の水をつけ とんがったところを少し押さえ形を整える 8 200 に予熱したオーブンでシューがふくらむまで 15分焼く 十分ふくらんだら 180 に下げさらに20分焼く シューがふくらんでいる最中は オーブンを開けないように 温度を下げないようにしてください 9 シューが焼けたらオーブンから取り出し さます 10 その間に 抹茶生クリームを作る 少量の生クリームに抹茶パウダーを足し よく混ぜる 電子レンジで20秒加熱し パウダーを溶かす 抹茶パウダーを直接クリームに足すとパウダーがダマになってなかなかよく混ざりません 11 溶かした抹茶を残りの生クリームに足し泡立てる 12 抹茶生クリームを絞り袋に入れる 13 シューを半分に切り 間に抹茶生クリームを絞る 14 シューの蓋をかぶせたら 出来上がり Find me also on Instagram sora_monnom Music
