안녕하세요 키미입니다 오늘은 곶감 편 영상이에요 작년 가을 대봉감을 수확하던 때 곶감을 걸었어요귀농 귀촌 6년 차 시골로 내려와서 처음으로 심은 게 감나무인데 다른 과실나무와는 다르게 크는 게 많이 더디더라고요 그래서 대봉감을 수확하게 된 지도 2년 정도밖에 되질 않았는데요 이번 해는 정말 많이 열려서 홍시로 모두 먹을 수는 없으니 곶감을 조금 걸어 봤습니다 처음 곶감을 만들어서 더 의미가 있는 거 같아요한 겨울 찬 바람과 햇빛을 받으며 봄이 올 때까지 걸어두니 쫀득하게 잘 말랐답니다 원래 홍시도 정말 달고 맛있었지만 건조과일이 더 달아지는 것처럼 곶감도 완전 설탕 젤리처럼 달고 맛있네요 그냥 먹어도 맛있지만 곶감 말이도 만들고 곶감 넣은 케이크도 구웠는데 쫀득한 곶감이 씹히는 게 정말 맛있었어요 맛보니 좀 더 많이 만들걸 하는 후회가 남네요 ㅎㅎㅎ Hello It s Kimi Today s video is about dried persimmon We hung persimmons last fall when I harvested Daebong persimmonsPersimmon tree was the first tree that I planted after I came back to the farm 6 years agoNot like other fruit trees persimmon tree takes very long time to growSo it s only been two years that I ve got to harvest Daebong persimmonThis year it fruited a lot so I can t consume all right away which I hung some of them to make dried persimmonIt s more meaningful since it s going to be my first dried persimmonsI let it went through cold winter wind and crisp winter sunlight hung them till the spring comes It dried really well very chewyPersimmon itself was very sweet and tasty but like the other dried fruits Dried persimmon got sweeter and tastier like a sugar coated jellyIt tastes good as you eat it by itself but I made some gotgammari walnut wrapped in dried persimmon And baked a cake with dried persimmon it tasted really good with chewy texture of dried persimmon VLOG 브이로그 리틀포레스트 일상 곶감만들기 곶감호두말이 곶감말이 수정과 곶감케이크 E MAIL ymgs1888 naver com
