Impossible to describe the stink in that abandoned building an attack on the senses and on dignity there was Jack unable to walk surrounded by tonnes of garbage excrement and broken glass Jack s right leg is destroyed The knee is dislocated and the humerus twisted The only way to save Jack s leg is to do a KNEE REPLACEMENT and reposition the humerus
