Dried fruits walnut and sweet chestnut bread ドライフルーツとクルミと甘栗のパン This bread is delicious 具材を欲張って入れすぎたので かなり不格好ですが 外側カリッとしていて 中はふんわりなので 何もつけずにこのまま食べてもよしの美味しいパンです 甘栗入れちゃいました 混ぜ込むときにちょっと大変ですが その分食べるときに色んなのが出てきて少し得した気分になれます 秋のピクニックのパンにもいいですよ 強力粉は今回リスドォルを使っています 美味しくできるのでおススメ チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 4 pieces210g Bread flour 10g Millet sugar granulated sugar 3g Salt 3g Dry yeast 135g water Use cold water in summer time 40C water in winter time 15g Unsalted butter 50g Walnut 60g Dried fruit 60g Chestnut 材料 ４個強力粉 210gきび砂糖 10g塩 3gドライイースト 3g水 135g無塩バター 15gクルミ 50gドライフルーツ 60g甘栗 60g
