I m back with another lazy vegan recipe video Today I m sharing with you 4 super simple meal ideas there s nut free vegan mac and cheese avocado pizza quesadillas and healthy rice noodle and sweet potato bowls Hope you enjoy Creamy Vegan Pasta Recipes If you recreate any of my recipes post a photo on instagram and tag me mina_rome Connect with me Email minarome yt gmail comTHANK YOU for watching INGREDIENTS 1 Avocado Bean Pizza Quesadillas2 tortillas1 tbsp hummus½ avocadoa handful of red kidney beans or a lot more guys I m sorry lol 1 tbsp nutritional yeasta squeeze of lemon juice2 3 tbsp marinara sauce serves 1 2 2 Lazy Lentil Dhal with Rice Noodles1 2 onions roughly chopped1 tsp garam masala OR ½ tsp turmeric ¼ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp cumin ¼ tsp garlic powder 1 dash of black pepper ½ tsp dried ginger1 tbsp tomato purée2 cups veggie broth 500ml 1 can coconut milk a splash of water½ cup marinara sauce 125ml salt to taste if neededa handful fresh basil or parsley200g rice noodles 7oz 2 handfuls baby spinach optional serves 2 3 Roasted Sweet Potato Chickpea Bowl1 medium sized sweet potato1 onion1 bell pepper1 2 tsp coconut oil½ tsp dried herbssalt to tastejuice of ½ lemon½ cup chickpeas 120g 2 handfuls of fresh spinachfresh basilhummus lemon juice for serving serves 1 4 Vegan Mac and Cheese1 tbsp vegan butter1 ½ tsp flour¾ cup non dairy milk ¼ cup at a time 180ml 60 ml at a time 2 ½ tbsp nutritional yeast1 tbsp fresh lemon juicesalt pepper to taste1 tsp miso paste optional for instance mugi miso 1 2 handfuls of grated vegan cheese one that melts 225g pasta 7 9 oz serves 2 Music by Intro Much love Mina sponsored by Squarespace
